We encourage responsible use of our services. All readings are provided for entertainment purposes and are not and should not be considered advice or used in substitution of professional help.

If you feel you are using the services too frequently or are becoming reliant on it for any reason, then please contact our Customer Services Team. If you are a family member or friend who is concerned about your loved one's use, please also contact the team to discuss (subject to data protection regulations). There are a number of safeguarding measures which can be taken to ensure your/their use is restricted or stopped. These can be arranged quickly and on a temporary or permanent basis. The team is available weekdays from 7am to 11pm.
